Exploring Yoga

You must have your own yoga mat. Other props are provided (blocks, straps and blankets). Allow four hours after a heavy meal and two hours after a light meal before coming to class. Wear comfortable clothes so as not to restrict movement, breathing, digestion or circulation. If you have any physical problems or health concerns, be sure to inform the teacher before class begins. Check with your doctor if you have serious health conditions before enrolling in class.
Ongoing classes held over 9 Week Sessions
$150 for 9 weeks, attending a specific day and time once per week. You may arrange to make up any classes missed by coming on another day. Classes are workshop oriented, focusing on the foundations of body alignment while exploring different approaches to the practice. Our objective is to develop full body awareness, strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation. There’s always more to explore! Classes are scheduled Monday through Thursday.
* Mornings: 8:30 - 10:00 a.m. * Evenings: Monday, 4:30 - 6:00 and 6:30 - 8:00 Tuesday, 5:30 - 7:00 Wednesday, 8:30 - 10:00 a.m. and 5:30 - 7:00 Thursday, 1:30 - 3:00 and 5:15 - 6:45 Private Sessions and Massage Therapy times are available Monday through Friday.
